SOUL BURN SERIES:
By request (and because it's one of my favorite to teach), we're rolling right into another Soul Burn series. This is a slower moving practice so we can spend the time it takes to really feel a pose. Besides, our world can be so rush, rush, rush that's it's good (and important) to make the time to slow down and just be present! When we slow down we relax our nervous system, and are able to focus on our breath creating physical and mental strength. From slow progressive sequences to longer hold, we will explore balancing the body and the mind. Each practice is this series will build upon the last.
