This is a workshop style series where we are going to break down how to find the right variation of a yoga pose for you. Part of finding the right version of a yoga pose involves knowing which muscles to engage to stabilize and support you in the pose. We also need to know how the muscles feel when they are properly engaged. This series is intended for individuals with a regular yoga practice and knowledge of yoga poses.
This 4 week series starts on Monday, September 12, 2022. $55 for all 4 weeks.

As the sun sets, we'll enjoy an All Levels yoga class on the lawn. The weather looks like it will be absolutely lovely! We'll have a small fire going too!!
