Life can be full of challenges but also discovery. As I look at how to be able to bring yoga safely to everyone, I've had to think outside my usual. To that end, I am offering Private Yoga Sessions for both individuals and small groups (or 'Pods' as my hubby likes to call them!).
The great thing about these is that I am able to provide personal guidance and customize each session to where you are on this day of your yoga journey.
Each practice will be individualized to the person or group whether you are wanting to build a meditation practice, have greater flexibility, get stronger, learn how to incorporate yoga into your everyday life or just have an hour a week for self-care.
There are a lot of advantages and benefits to private sessions over groups classes:
Your first session will include an additional 15 minutes to discuss your goals, any relevant issues (injuries, etc.), and desired outcomes so a practice can be tailored to your specifics.
