About Yoga for Strength
In the depths of Michigan winter I find it can be a great time for a total mind/body practice. Classes are set to energizing music, we will combine strengthening and stretching poses. The result is we will build both physical and mental stamina and endurance. You'll experience physical transformation to your legs, hips, core, arms ,and back - all with zero impaction your joints. When you complete this series, you will feel physically stronger, mentally stronger, and better able to stay focused during life's challenging moments.
This class combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. Upbeat, high energy music will keep you going
Dona Coggins, from Pampering Penguin Massage, will be a offering massages in the studio each month!
Massages are $70 for 60 min.
