Two Series for March! Yoga for Strength and Soulful Yoga

Theses 4 week series begin March 6 at Soul Haven Yoga in Mason. Classes begin at 6:30 PM.

$55 for each series.


About Yoga for Strength

In February we focused on Balance.  March's focus will be on strengthening and stabilizing our core, glutes, and quads.


About Soulful Yoga

In this slow moving class, we will use mindful, meditative movement to gently stretch and get centered. This series is wonderful whether you're totally new to yoga or an experienced yogi.

Barre Intensity Class

Barre has moved to Tuesdays!!

In this class we incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate,  and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. Upbeat, high energy music will keep you going

COVID-19 - What we do at Soul Haven Yoga

  • Class size has been limited to allow social distancing
  • Hand sanitizer is available for use       
  • Disinfectant wipes are available for mats and props
  • Students are (highly) encouraged to bring their own mat
  • An UV room purifier is on before, during, and after class.
  • The studio will be well ventilated with windows open before, and after class.
  • Surface areas in studio (door handles, shelves, counters) are sanitized between class. Floors are always cleaned and sanitized after a class.
