Yoga for Strength--Back by request!! Monday's at 6:30 pm
This class is designed to enhance your physical and mental stamina, allowing you to build strength across your legs, hips, core, arms, and back, all while ensuring a low-impact practice that protects your joints.
Barre Class Tuesday's at 6:30 pm
This class combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. We use small movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count!
Soulful Yoga Wednesday's at 6:30 pm
The series invites practitioners of all levels to experience a nurturing blend of gentle stretching and mindful movement, aimed at cultivating inner peace and balance.

During challenging times we all are working to find the best, safest ways to stay healthy and balanced. I'm currently offering one on one sessions as a way to help you safely keep up your yoga journey.
