New Yoga Series

Monday June 2, 2025 

In our next yoga series, we will incorporate the Yamas. The Yamas are the ethical guideline or social restraints on the path of Yoga. They are non-violence, truthfulness, non-stealing, moderation, and non-attachment. This will be a 5 week series.


One On One Yoga Sessions

During challenging times we all are working to find the best, safest ways to stay healthy and balanced. I'm currently offering one on one sessions as a way to help you safely keep up your yoga journey.
