Chakra Flow is an inclusive yoga class that explores the seven major chakras, which are vital energy centers that profoundly influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Participants engage in a variety of targeted practices designed to harmonize their body, mind, and spirit, fostering a deeper self-awareness and a stronger connection to their personal energy flow. This transformative experience not only promotes personal growth and balance but also revitalizes each individual's sense of well-being, empowering them to thrive in their daily lives with renewed vitality and purpose.
