🌸Spring Equinox Celebration & Sound Bath

Join us as we honor the sacred balance of the Spring Equinox — the moment when day and night stand in perfect harmony and the Earth begins to awaken from winter’s rest.

This is a powerful time to release the heaviness of winter, reconnect with yourself, and plant the energetic “seeds” of intention for the season ahead.

During this special gathering you will experience:
🌿 Gentle, mindful movement to awaken the body
🧘 Guided meditation to connect with the intentions you wish to grow this spring
🎶 A deeply restorative sound bath to help anchor your intentions
🌱 A meaningful seed-planting ritual as you plant flower seeds infused with your intentions

Each guest will leave with two pots of seeds they planted themselves along with a special swag bag filled with thoughtful goodies to continue the magic at home.

As your flowers grow and bloom in the weeks ahead, they will serve as a living reminder of the intentions you planted during this sacred seasonal shift.

Light snacks and beverages will be provided so we can relax, connect, and celebrate the return of light together.

Come enjoy an evening of reflection, renewal, community, and a little spring magic. 🌷✨.
